PHOTO SESSIONS

You may book a session individually, or share the session – and the travel expenses – with others at the same location. Depending on the available light, what type of photos you require, and how organized you are, Terri may be able to photograph up to 10 horses in a day’s session.

Your Session Fee includes:

-Convenient on-line posting of carefully edited, professionally color-corrected images in your own Personal Proof Gallery on this web site.

-A 4x6 bound flip book of watermarked printed proofs.

Licensing Fees for Stallion, Farm, or Horse For Sale Advertising
The following fees cover all photos taken at a Photo Session. This can work out to a very reasonable cost per photo! (FOR USE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH IMAGES TAKEN AT SHOWS PLEASE GO TO BOTTOM OF PAGE.)

Web & Print Advertising In National Equestrian Publications (Covers ALL photos taken during your Personal Photo Session)
(circulation up to 100,000) Includes brochures and web site.
Licensing Fee per owner $1000.00

Web & Print Advertising In Local Equestrian Publications (Covers ALL photos taken during your Personal Photo Session)
(circulation up to 10,000} Includes brochures and web site. Licensing Fee per owner $500.00

Web Site Only (Covers ALL photos taken during your Personal Photo Session)
No print advertising included.
Licensing Fee per owner $300.00

ALL LICENSING FEES ARE BASED ON A SINGLE DAY PHOTO SESSION. Please contact Terri for licensing on multiple day sessions.

Licensing fees listed above are specifically for the promotion of stallions, farm, sale horses and related services. Please contact Terri for all other licensing.

VIEWING YOUR PROOFS

Terri's approach to proof presentation and delivery puts quality images foremost. You will never have to guess how good a photo is! Here are some of the enhancements that your photos will go through before you even see the proofs:

Cataloguing and archival backup -- ten years from now, Terri will still be able to find your photos, even if you can't!

Careful editing -- you will ONLY see the "selects" that show you and your horse at your best. Terri only presents the very best images for your inspection

Photo enhancements -- your photos will be straightened, cropped and color corrected prior to proof posting/printing. Minor distractions are retouched.

For every day that Terri photographes, she spends AT LEAST one day on these important steps! Your session fee pays for this work as well as her time behind the camera.

Your proofs are then posted in your own private, password-protected gallery.

You will receive a bound flip book of watermarked proofs as well. Just like the old days, you'll be able to carry this around to show your friends in person!

OPTIONAL EXPENSES FOR ALL PHOTO SESSIONS

TRAVEL EXPENSES may include mileage @ $.45 per mile, hotel, meals, airfare, airport shuttle, parking.

WHAT YOU CAN ORDER

PHOTO PRINTS can be ordered at any time in sizes up to 30" x 40". Choose photo paper or canvas -- both are museum grade. All canvas prints are stretched so they they can be framed without glass like an oil painting. See my Reprint Price List for complete pricing.

MONTAGES These are carefully crafted compositions of a variety of photos. They often include textures, patterns and backgrounds that compliment the images, and can incorporate objects, text or symbols of your own life. These montages are unique works of art!

MUGS, TOTES, GREETING CARDS and OTHER COOL STUFF These make great gifts and promotional products.

DIGITAL FILES.

Full size digital files will only be delivered for photos that have been licensed for advertising. Web-sized files can be ordered of any photo. On line delivery is available for all digital files: full size files should be downloaded via high-speed connection.

Prices for digital file production start at $35.00 per web file and $50.00 per full size file.

RETOUCHING Minor retouching is included; major retouching, such as changing backgrounds, is billed at $100.00 per hour in 1/4 hour increments.

Deposit - A deposit of $150.00 is required to schedule a photo session. The balance, including travel expenses and sales tax if within California, must be paid at the time of the photo session.

SHOW PHOTOGRAPHY

Service Fee per horse / rider $35.00 with online proofs
Terri is shooting at a limited number of shows this year and will USUALLY only photograph those horses that have signed up in advance. Proofs will be posted online for your review.
