Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.

CAN I CANCEL MY PRINT ORDER?
Your print order will enter production almost immediately. Once a print order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON PRINT RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
For the best art buying experience, I request that you use the Wall Preview Tool and the AR (Augmented Reality) Tool prior to completing your order to be certain that the image and the size is right for your space!
IMAGE DOESN'T WORK: If it's just plain
the wrong image for your wall, prints can be returned within 10 days.
Payment will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Customer is
resposible for return shipping fees, and the print must be returned to Terri Miller in perfect condition.
DAMAGE: If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact email@example.com with your order number for further instructions.
QUALITY: In the rare case that the quality of a print is in question, please keep all packaging and contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
REPLACEMENT: Damaged or improperly printed prints will be replaced at no cost.
PRINTS SHIPPED OUTSIDE US/CANADA: No refunds or exchanges of prints.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON ORIGINAL ART RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
Originals may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges.
Refund will be given for the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee
Refund will be given upon the original art's return to Terri Miller in the same condition that it left the studio.
Return of funds will take 10-15 business days from day returned artwork is received.
